The MINK Conference

This year the Mink Conference enters its sixth season. The last four years have seen some great competition, and season six promises not to disappoint. We've adjusted some of the criteria and simplified many equations in order to promote thoughtful competition. A little friendly competition amongst chapters of similar demographic make-up will help to invigorate alumni, and will provide camaraderie and commonality of focus that will lead to greater involvement with the University, its current students, and our network of 24,000+ alumni reaching into nearly every corner of the country. Additionally, we hope to evaluate our own efforts to keep alumni in touch with the W&L community and to know where our resources may be best put to use or most in need.

Please keep in mind that these numbers, while perhaps serving an internal use, are only for fun. No chapter can fail. No amount of volunteer effort or giving will ever be criticized. If anything, use these numbers to identify other chapters like yours. Find out what they are doing that works. Decide what will work in your area. There will be a special bonus for the year-end winner in each division.
